1. Freshness Guarantee
If you receive meat that is not fresh, spoiled, or damaged, please contact us within 1 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.
We will review your request and we check and arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, please notify us immediately.
We will ensure that the correct product is delivered at the earliest or issue a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of meat products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer (unless it falls under the freshness or incorrect item guarantee).
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method or as store credit.
5. Cancellations
Please make sure orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed or dispatched. Please contact us on whatsApp or Call as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
